Orders
Ordering is easiest through our website, but if you would like to order over the phone we can also, or you require a Proforma invoice please call 01482 795770.
VAT
On our website there is an option to show prices including or excluding VAT. This is done via a button at the top of the website.
Payment
We offer all our goods on a payment with order basis. Unless you are a Trade Account holder and have credit terms agreed and set. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. There is a feature to also view and pay Invoices if you are a Trade Account holder.
Shipping
Most orders will be shipped the same day working day if the order is received before 2pm.
***Please note Next Day delivery service is NOT a guaranteed service. While we endeavour to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible, couriers do not guarantee their next day services***
Postage
All our orders are shipped via Fully Tracked Services, nothing ordered from our website will be sent untracked. Tracking details will be supplied with orders and updates sent via the couriers and the Royal Mail.
UK Delivery
Delivery to Mainland UK is Free when you spend Over £50.00 + VAT. Anything below there is a delivery charge of £3.95 + VAT. All orders are dispatched on a 24-Hour service. Royal Mail Tracked 24, DPD and DHL dependant on the items.
For delivery to Highlands and Offshore Islands there maybe surcharges and longer delivery times please contact sales@rchull.com if you are ordering from these locations.
Small lightweight items with no shipping restrictions will be ok to the whole of the UK, but for items such as bulky, heavy or items like aerosols these would need to be quoted for prior to ordering.
Receiving Your Order
If your goods are damaged in transit, we recommend that you do not sign for the delivery. If when you open your parcel, the goods have been damaged, please take clear photos and send a message to us at returns@rchull.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Availability
We always try to keep enough stock so that we do not run out. However, there are times due to unexpectedly high demand when we may run out and oversell of an item. If this does happen R&C Components Ltd will contact you with an expected delivery date for your order and give you the option to wait for the item, choose an alternative or cancel for a full refund. We cannot guarantee the availability of any item and ordering from us does not necessarily mean the item is in stock.
14 Day Refund
If you decide you no longer require or want the items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. You then have 14 days to get the item back to us. The goods must be in the original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Any costs involved in the returning of unwanted goods must be paid by you. Please contact us at returns@rchull.com for a returns form.
12 Month Guarantee
If you have any goods supplied by R&C Components Ltd that are not functioning correctly within the first 12 months after your purchase, you can return these to us. Certain products will be replaced or refunded, and others will be repaired according to the manufacturer’s warranty. Components (parts and accessories) subject to natural wear and tear, including but not limited to Service & Maintenance Kits, carbon brushes, bearings, chuck, SDS drill bit attachment or reception, power cord, auxiliary handle, transport carry case, sanding plate, dust bag, dust exhaust tube, Felt Washers, Impact Wrench Pins & springs, etc. will not be covered by a manufacturer's warranty or our 12 Month Guarantee. All products will be tested upon return and any misuse will not be covered by the 12-month guarantee.
Mistakes By Us
As we are constantly updating our website with new products, information, and special deals. Although we have every confidence in our system and staff, there will be times when we make mistakes. In these instances, we will always try to honour our price or provide a solution but there will be occasions where this is not possible. If we cannot resolve this for you then we will fully refund your order.

Unforeseen Circumstances
If there are any interferences to our business with you such as strikes, war, acts of terrorism or smaller problems such as power cuts, we will try to always keep things running smoothly. However, we will not be legally responsible for any failure that has resulted in the circumstances that is outside of our control. This also applies to delivery times which can be affected by weather, accidents, and heavy traffic.

R&C Components Ltd is not responsible for the content or opinions posted or sent by users. You take responsibility for postings under your username.
Age Restrictions
Age restrictions may apply to some of the goods we sell. By ordering these goods you are confirming that you are over 18 and that the person receiving the delivery is also over 18.
Our Liability
A) We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.
B) Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.
C) This does not include or limit in any way our liability:
a) For death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
b) Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
c) For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
d) For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability,
D) We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us, including but not limited to:
a) loss of income or revenue
b) loss of business
c) loss of profits or contracts
d) loss of anticipated savings
e) loss of data, or
f) waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise even if foreseeable].
Provided that this clause D shall not prevent claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property that fall within the terms of clause A or clause B or any other claims for direct financial loss that are not excluded by any of categories (a) to (f) inclusive of this clause D.
